Ponche de Créma

Ingredients:

2 tins of sweetened Condensed Milk
3 packs of Evaporated Milk (250 ml)
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
12 eggs
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
1 bottle of Rum
peel from 1 green lime

Preparation:

Whisk eggs with lime peel until fluffy. Add Condensed milk, evaporated milk and rum, beating continuously
Add all other ingredients and beat mixture. Use fine strainer and strain liquid. Bottle and store in fridge.
Serve over ice.
