Sea Moss

Ingredients:

1 pound of sea moss
1 lime
Angostura Bitters
milk
sugar to taste

Preparation:

Soak sea moss in lime juice overnight. Wash thoroughly and cook in pressure cooker for 20-30 minutes or until sea moss resembles jelly. Cool and add milk and sugar to taste. Blend all contents in a blender. Flavor with bitters and serve with crushed ice.
