Sorrel

Ingredients:

5lbs of fresh sorrel
cloves
sugar to taste

Preparation:

Remove seeds from sorrel and wash and cover with water in a large pan. Bring the sorrel o a slow boil
Add a few cloves to the pan with the sorrel. Remove from heat and cover. Allow the sorrel to cool
Strain and sweeten with about 2 lbs of sugar or to taste. Bottle and refrigerate.
